Dropper for Blender updated to 2.8

I just noticed the dropper no longer worked in the latest version of Blender. It was just a minor change to one spot, and then I also tweaked the script so that it works as an Add-on. That makes it much more convenient, since the new menu item will simply persist every time you launch Blender, rather than needing to run the script manually every time.
